Meet the Locals
Tours will begin in 2023 on Canada’s west coast. Guests will be greeted by First Nation elders with a traditional welcome. This cultural emersion will continue with local teachers, who will share food gathering and cooking techniques. Finally, relaxing evenings will include sharing of traditional wisdom and stories. Guests will share in food preparation to create delicious group meals. More adventurous clients can sample medicinal willow tea sweetened with berries and licorice root.
Find Your Zen
Learn to survive and thrive from professional instructors and local wisdom. Learning takes place in outdoor classrooms and includes:
- basics of wilderness survival,
- safe travel and navigation,
- predator awareness and safety,
- satellite navigation and communications,
- wild edibles and traditional food,
- international search and rescue system.
Discover Your Inner Explorer
We help travellers and outdoor enthusiasts plan and experience adventure travel safely. Guests leave with advanced skills to work and play outdoors while experiencing local nature and learning from local indigenous culture. Enjoy a relaxed learning atmosphere while experiencing local culture and wildlife. Activities include hiking and kayaking to historic sites and wildlife observations.
